Whale Shark and Coral Reef Projects
The International Whale Shark Day was celebrated at Gandhinagar on 30th August 2014 with the Wildlife Trust of India (WTI), the Gujarat Forest Department and Tata Chemicals Limited (TCL) coming together to commemorate their success in protecting the Whale Sharkssince the launch of the “Save the Whale Shark” project in 2004.

Aarohan - BalUtsav at Haldia
Aarohan- A BalUtsav program was organised at Haldia’s eight government high schools. The programs included various competitions like essay writing, debate, extempore, elocution, poster making, singing and dancing. There was overwhelming response from the schools.
